Invitation for Tender
- Yangon Region Government, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, intended to develop public housings within the Yangon Region. Directed by Yangon Region Government and under administration of Department of Urban & Housing Development (DUHD), Gyogone Public Housing, West Gyogone, Insein Township, locate on Baho Road is planned to implement as redevelopment project.
- Yangon Metropolitan Development Public Co., Ltd is appointed as “Tender Coordinator” for Tender invitation and further tendering process for this project.
- Interested bidders are invited from foreign or domestic developer who interested to develop the Gyogone Housing Redevelopment Project are as follow;

- Tender forms and related document are available from the office noted in paragraph (6) within office hour with effect from (5-11-2019). The Tender document fee is a non-refundable fee for each set of documents.
- The document duly completed in all respects as described in the Tender form shall be submitted, in a sealed envelope to Yangon Metropolitan Development Public Co., Ltd ’s office on or before (20.12.2019) at 15: 00 (local time).
